Email support@phras.ai from your account email if possible. Include a short description and any job or invoice reference. We aim to respond within five business days. Never send your password, API keys or full card details.
Automated password-reset email is not currently available. Contact support for help recovering access. We verify account ownership before providing a reset link; an invoice number or publicly known email alone is not sufficient.
Payments and cancellation
Use Account & billing to manage an active subscription. If account access is unavailable, email us with a cancellation request. Read the refund and cancellation policy for eligibility and how to request a money refund.
Privacy and security
Send access, correction, export or deletion requests with the subject “phras.ai privacy request.” See the Privacy notice. Report a suspected security problem with “phras.ai security” in the subject and avoid including other people’s documents or credentials.
