Your first payment: 14 days to request a full refund

If phras.ai is not right for you, request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 calendar days of that payment. This voluntary offer applies once per customer and includes use of the service during those 14 days. It does not depend on an AI-detector result.

Renewals, incorrect charges and service problems

Monthly renewals are not covered by the first-payment money-back offer. We review renewal-refund requests individually, considering unused service, technical failures and the circumstances of the charge. Tell us promptly about a duplicate, incorrect or unrecognized charge so we can investigate and correct any verified billing error. These conditions do not limit any refund or remedy required by law.

How to request a refund

Email support@phras.ai with the subject “phras.ai refund request,” your account email, the payment date and the invoice or receipt reference if available. For your first payment, say you are requesting the 14-day refund. Do not send passwords or full card details.

We aim to respond within five business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the refund appears; we will confirm when it has been issued. Any shorter legally required handling or refund deadline takes priority.

Stopping future renewals

Open Account & billing → Manage billing and cancel renewal before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you cannot access your account or the portal, email support to request cancellation. We will verify ownership and confirm the result. When approving a full first-payment refund, we also cancel future renewals unless you ask to keep the subscription.

Canceling a subscription does not itself request a refund. Purchased word credits stay in your account and retain paid editing access after cancellation. Word credits are a service allowance and cannot independently be exchanged for cash. Free credits and promotional vouchers have no purchase payment to refund.

Digital delivery and unused work

phras.ai is delivered online with no shipping charges. Credits are added after payment confirmation, normally within a few minutes. Contact us if delivery is delayed. If an edit fails or skips protected material, unused words return automatically to your word balance. That adjustment is separate from a cash refund.

Statutory consumer rights

Our voluntary policy adds to your rights under applicable law. It does not replace rights relating to cancellation, defective or misdescribed services, unauthorized payments or other mandatory remedies. Where EU, UK or other distance-contract withdrawal rights apply, you may notify us with a clear statement. Starting to use the service is not treated by phras.ai as a blanket waiver of those rights.
